the staff was amazing

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating. It's just that the location of hotel is not kid friendly when it comes to safety

Service was exceptional! The rooms were great. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily and tried something new every day. The pool was nice. I can’t say enough about how great the service was.

it was still a pleasant stay overall.

The place is clean and comfortable, and easily accessible to nearby malls and hospital. Staff are helpful and polite. My family and I checked in here on Christmas eve so everybody was busy and the room service was limited. Nonetheless, it was still a pleasant stay overall.

The servicewas exceptional; the staff's attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. It's evident that guest satisfaction is a top priority.

Nice hotel! Our room was spacious with a good view of the greens and some buildings. The grand ballroom was well decorated for the wedding we attended. The food was delish!
