- RRoxana Menchaca26/02/2024Highly recommended.Highly recommended.I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Sergio, Melissa, Caroline, and Ana. The Club Lounge team, Sergio and Melissa, were incredibly attentive and ensured our needs were met. Chef Benjamin's huevos rancheros were some of the best I've ever tasted, and the vegetarian in our group was well accommodated. Caroline and Ana from the bar were friendly and provided excellent service during our late-night visit. The service, the food, the rooms , the Art, the pool- wow! Everything it is oriented to details and service! Congratulations to International Presidente team to continue to provide excellent customer service. We meet Marco Antonio de Luna, who is at the gorgeous Bar and pool, whom provides excellent service and care for customers!
