Wonderful people ❤️. VERY, VERY clean. They rake the beach! Sweeping and cleaning everything! They are ALL VERY hard workers. Security is EXCELLENT! And the view is SPECTACULAR! Great hotel right by the beach. Much better beach than downtown Puerto Vallarta, nice little mall close by, and the marina next door is close by for tours etc. Kids loved the crocodile slides and suspension bridge. Good guac and salsa by the pool. We had a two bedroom with kitchen and living room. Was great for our 9 day trip!

This resort has been a family favorite of mine for almost ten years now. It is beautiful, peaceful, and serene. Staff at the restaurants and bars are very kind. Maid service is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. However, over the last year there has been some major changes. All inclusive is too expensive and doesn’t cover the cost of much anything. Came for a wedding. Accommodations were excellent. The buffet was abundant and well supplied. Did not participate in the resort's activities as the wedding activities took presidence. Everything was very clean and manicured.
