This hotel is a real gem in Toluca Mexico - they have warm and friendly staff, great facilities, and a restaurant that is extremely good and pleasing to the palate and the eye - in short a great experience!

The food was very good

The staff were efficient and friendly. The food was very good and service very attentive. The room was large and clean. I would deffinitely stay there again.

this is a beautiful property, well maintained with very friendly staff. The guest rooms are spacious and beautiful, well equipped and clean. Hotel restaurant staff also very kind and helpful. Room service impeccable.
