We especially suggest trying our castle picnic for shared delights and memorable moments together. Just a short stroll away, you'll find our heated infinity pool, perfectly aligned to complement the terrace, offering a blissful aquatic retreat. You can enjoy hours of peaceful solitude and relaxation in this vineyard-surrounded refuge.
THE FAMILY & THEIR WINE ESTATE
We go back to the roots of this wonderful piece of land, which means so much to many people and gives them beautiful hours, days, and weeks. As the third generation at SCHLOSS PLARS, we continue the legacy initiated by our grandfather Franz in the early 20th century, with his pioneering efforts in viticulture and cellar management. His unwavering dedication has given rise to an array of distinctive wines, each a testament to his commitment.

The breakfast is fabulous, as are the cakes that are available in the afternoon. The wines are also very tasty. The view is amazing, which you can also enjoy from the pool. An all-round nice stay where we might have wished for nicer weather, but nobody can do anything about that :)Really exceptionally beautiful castle in which we slept for 4 nights. We have been traveling to South Tyrol every September for 7 years now, always with different hotels - and have now found our anchor. Beautiful location with morning sun on the balcony from 7.30 a.m., in the evening there is light at the pool until 5.30 p.m. The breakfast is amazing (tops most 4-5* hotels), the cars are parked under kiwi bushes. The rooms are very spacious, have a box spring bed and a Nespresso machine. Doesn't get any better!! We have been traveling to South Tyrol every September for 7 years now, always with different hotels - and have now found our anchor. There was a large selection of home-baked delicacies such as cakes, tarts and much more. The homemade juices also tasted very good. Reasonable price. We were able to enjoy it on the terrace. The staff is very attentive. You can't resist the boss's homemade cake.
