We had a wonderful experienceWe had a wonderful experience
Room clean and big enough for comfort. Breakfast was probably the best spread I’ve seen in a hotel. Front desk staff great, welcoming and helpful when I needed help. They also had complimentary snacks - like amazing cookies. I loves that they had coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. I get up early & was so happy to have that luxury. Would definitely use again if in the area.We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is amazing, it is in an excellent location a short distance from Taormina, there are cafes and restaurants near the hotel, everything is clean and tidy in the hotel and the maintenance is at a very high level. All the staff at the hotel starting from the reception, in the dining room and the maids are great. From the moment we arrived, the owner of the hotel, John, welcomed us. Such a surprise when we arrived to see such a beautiful resort. The gardens and the pool with the swim out bar was amazing. The breakfast was excellent The rooms are large and we had a balcony. Our families chose the larger suites and were very happy. One family complained about the hard bed and pillows and they immediately rectified the problem. The director Rosario came to greet us when we arrived and the staff are brilliant. Thank you to all.Such a surprise when we arrived to see such a beautiful resort.
