Amazing customer service! I forgot all of my golf shirts when checking out and on my way to our next stay in Sicily. I quickly requested they locate the shirts and gave them my cousin's address in Sicily. My shirts arrived a day or so after our arrival. I really appreciated them going the extra mile. Great location with an enjoyable walk down to the center of town. On return the town bus lets you out right outside the hotel. That's perfectAmazing customer service! Hotel Pasitea was recommended to me by a friend that lives in Positano. The location is great, central and close to restaurants and shops, a 10 min walk to the beach. My room had a spectacular view and Jacuzzi! The staff was friendly and professional, and I had the opportunity to chat with the owner, Gianmaria, who was a most gracious host. I already can't wait to be back!Hotel Pasitea was recommended to me by a friend that lives in Positano. The location is great, central and close to restaurants and shops, a 10 min walk to the beach. My room had a spectacular view and Jacuzzi! The staff was friendly and professional, and I had the opportunity to chat with the owner, Gianmaria, who was a most gracious host. We made this hotel our base camp in Positano, and they did not disappoint. The moment we entered the lobby the top notch service began. They set us up with 3 rooms together that have outstanding views, as we sit on the balconies and chat. The bar stored refrigerated medications for us. The front desk provided excellent recommendations. It’s 300 or so steps up from the beach, or you send luggage up with the porter service and head to the square to catch the Interno PositanoWe made this hotel our base camp in Positano, and they did not disappoint. Amazing hotel accommodations and even better the staff! We had the best view in a beautiful JR suite that was so well cleaned and kept. Anthony (Tony) Gino and the rest of the front desk staff so responsive to any request and always done with a smile. They were a big part of our successful navigating of restaurants, shops and excursions. The food was also very good and don’t miss out on the homemade gelato! Delicious!! So thankful we picked this gem in Positano to spend our time!!Amazing hotel accommodations and even better the staff! We had the best view in a beautiful JR suite that was so well cleaned and kept. Upscale modern hotel centrally located with immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, high quality linens, beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Staff is kind and hospitable with booking dinners and beach clubs. Breakfast here is also wonderful. My family of four really enjoyed the connecting rooms and connecting balcony set up.
