Our hotel is located in the historic center of the city between San Marco and Rialto , near the Mercerie, the city's commercial center and the Biennale Gardens, reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Just five minutes away you will find the stop on the Alilaguna line which connects the city center with Venice's Marco Polo airport, and public water buses to the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido seaside area, for the bridge and the galleries of the Academy. We started the business in 1956 , due to constraints of the Superintendency of Fine Arts linked to its position in the historic center of the city, it was not able to equip itself with a lift, therefore despite having a two-star level in terms of service standards and position, it continues to maintain the prices of a single star, and a minimum tourist tax of only 1.00 euros per night.
