L’ARIETE FOR GROUPS Over the years we have seen an ever increasing interest in our Agriturismo as a group venue. We have accommodated families celebrating grandma´s anniversary, we have had the pleasure to open our house for intimate weddings, we have hosted yoga retreats and painting courses, and so on. The advantages are obvious: Renting a big, beautifully restored Italian Countryhouse with independent apartments and all the service of a Hotel. THE OPTIONS We can offer 2 main options: The converted barn with two independent apartments and a joint terrace with dining, lounge and barbecue For larger families or groups – rent the whole property exclusively for your party. UMBRIA CUISINE - PURE & AUTHENTIC, BIO & SLOW The old stable has been converted into a ristorante, La Locanda, exclusively for our guests. No hurry, no kitchen noises, no Menu turistico – this is a small heaven of savour and quality. Arrividerci Pizza con Wurstel! We believe in the ideas of the Slow Food Movement and focus on locally and biologically produced products (Italians promote it also as the 0 km concept). Food comes either from our fields or from neighbouring farmers. Ethical consumption is important – but quality is as well! We make sure that the products we serve in our restaurant and sell in our grocery shop fulfill both requirements. Our aim is to offer an authentic cuisine, based on what´s available in Umbria and Italy (which is a lot anyway!). We love to collect mushrooms, herbs or salad from the fields and surrounding woods and prepare a simple but delicious and refreshing meal – pure – healthy – buonissimo!
