The "La Stanza del Duca" restaurant in Il Borghetto is a private club that aims to introduce our guests to traditional local cuisine and a selection of excellent Tuscan wines. The “Stanza del Duca” is our pride and joy because it is our meeting place where we can share, during our tasty Tuscan dinners, all our passion for good food and good wine. Here we cook like in a classic Tuscan home with the dishes that our Mamma Silvana had always prepared for us, drawing on traditional recipes with her special personal touch dictated by the passion of conviviality, wellbeing and healthy eating and by using the ingredients that have always belonged to our land and to our roots. Two expert cooks help our mother Silvana in the kitchen. They have been helping mum Silvana in the preparation of her delicacies for years, working closely with her they have acquired the secrets of her cooking and for this they are excellent interpreters of her dishes, offering all the taste of our home cooking even in her absence.
