In 1974 , Sergio and his wife Antonietta, driven by the desire to preserve typical Abruzzo cuisine , opened the “La Bilancia” restaurant , committing themselves to valorising the territory and maintaining a perfect balance between flavours, traditions and innovations. The restaurant's cuisine reflects theculinary tradition of Teramoin a particular way, since the restaurant is located in an area that was part of the province of Teramo until1927.Surrounded by greenery and enriched by a magnificent garden, the environment offers anoasis of peace and tranquility, ideal for enjoying the pleasures of genuine cuisine. The Scales Restaurant The rooms… a historic room and a modern one Our restaurant has two internal rooms: the Historic room (1974) where we work daily, with a maximum capacity of 80 seats and a larger and more modern room used for weddings, communions, birthdays, conferences and business meetings. Through the latter you can access the fabulous garden , ideal for enjoying an aperitif or for setting up rich buffets on spring and summer days. On rainy days, the celebrations can continue in a porch, also surrounded by greenery of plants and flowers. The two rooms of the Restaurant have air conditioning and free WIFI . An outdoor playground for children is available to our customers.
