It's a great place for classic cocktails or the inevitable Spritz of the day. Everyone remembered our names, were incredible and saved us with arranging private transport at the last minute when our plane was three hours late and we missed the hydrofoil. Only a few rooms and suites have been renovated - many rooms have bathrooms with the shower in the bathtub. Worth upgrading - even paying additional for a premium room or an entry level suite category overlooking the sea. Outdoor pool is pleasant and a favourite of guests. Good service standards - slightly "old style" formal.Ideal location in the heart of Capri - the largest luxury hotel on the island - classic style - still a prestigious address in Capri. With clean rooms, good food & great staff, this was an excellent choice for us! We were able to get to the Ferry to travel to other points of interest easily. The shopping area with the luxury boutiques & multiple restaurants were all within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here!Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Capri, Italy.
