The staff was very kind and patient even with children; in this regard, I would like to thank Mr. Christian Calienno (Reservation) for helping us recover a stuffed animal lost by my daughter: he personally undertook to carry out the search and subsequently organize the shipment directly to her home. Very organized and excellent management, very clean and excellent service, very well mannered and kind staff. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was very good and varied. Reasonable price compared to everything. The pools and spa were much appreciated! We will definitely be back!One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Valentina with whom I felt at ease doing the wellness massage, it almost seemed like we had known each other forever! Excellent welcome at the hotel, excellent cleanliness and excellent all services. Top restaurant and super waiters, also given the amount of work they do every day.
