We have just returned after a week spent at the Lugano hotel and we can say that we felt like family. Excellent location, always plentiful lunch and dinner buffet and sumptuous breakfast. Thanks to Riccardo the owner, to Franco and to the girls in the room who are always very kind, friendly and attentive to every need.
