The hotel and room were beautiful and clean with spectacular views! The staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful navigating the island Capri. I would absolutely stay here again! Such a beautiful hotel and even more amazing service and hospitality! The staff was so welcoming with drinks on arrival and giving us all the info about the island. Even offered to make reservations for all the activities and restaurants for us! They also surprised us with a free upgrade just because a better room was available. Highly recommend this place!! We had an outstanding stay! The facilities, the breakfast, location, the service - absolutely amazing. Couldn’t ask for more. We had welcome drinks and pastries, a very detailed information about where to go and what to do, we could buy tickets to the chairlift and for the boat tour without waiting on queues at the same price. The personnel made everything possible to give us our room earlier than the check in time, we got an upgrade I guess because it was not too busy.We had an outstanding stay! My wife and I stayed at Hotel Floridiana during our time in Capri and we had an amazing experience. The location was just out of the hustle and bustle. The front desk ladies were truly amazing and knew everything about the island. The hotel is super clean and it had a jaw dropping view. We also were given a free upgrade for our honeymoon and our terrace was beautiful. After much research on nearby hotels, we are SO glad we chose this one.My wife and I stayed at Hotel Floridiana during our time in Capri and we had an amazing experience. My husband and I stayed here after deciding to extend our stay in Capri. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, they provided us with drinks after arrival and walked us through their recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. We also got a free upgrade to a nicer room than the one we had booked. The location is terrific as well, walking distance from downtown and iconic sights. Great value, something that can be hard to come by on Capri! My husband and I stayed here after deciding to extend our stay in Capri.
