The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were always clean. The service in the dining room and at the bar was excellent. The waiters were always friendly and quickly cleared the plates that we had filled with all sorts of dishes at the self-service buffet or from our wish list. For breakfast there was everything you could think of. We think that the disadvantage of the rock wall was not a problem at all. We were only in the room to sleep in the evening anyway.The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were always clean. The service in the dining room and at the bar was excellent. The rooms are fine, but could use some renovation. Otherwise the rooms are clean. The food was always very tasty. The staff is very nice. You just have to cross the road to get to the lake. We were here for eight days in May 2024. We had a deluxe room with a balcony facing the lake in the newer building. Very spacious nice room. Small refrigerator available. Beautiful (wide) view of and over the lake. Fantastic. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, some of them also speak German very well. The old service team probably no longer exists, the team is completely new and provides very good service. The half board was great. The breakfast was completely ok.
