- EEnrico Esposito09/06/2024Staff is very kind and professionalStaff is very kind and professionalThis is the second time I spend some nights at HdE and I am quite satisfied of my stay. Staff is very kind and professional, rooms ample and quiet (I always had very good sleeps...), WiFi works perfectly, breakfast is varied and tasty (I only miss a human-prepared cappuccino ;-)). HdE is quite close to the Navigli area, so there is plenty of nightlife going on at walking distance, but also the more culture-oriented will be satisfied because of the vicinity ofthe MUDEC museum.This is the second time I spend some nights at HdE and I am quite satisfied of my stay. Staff is very kind and professional, rooms ample and quiet (I always had very good sleeps...), WiFi works perfectly, breakfast is varied and tasty (I only miss a human-prepared cappuccino ;-)). HdE is quite close to the Navigli area, so there is plenty of nightlife going on at walking distance, but also the more culture-oriented will be satisfied because of the vicinity ofthe MUDEC museum.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. Queit area which was perfect for me at night. Traditional Italian breakfast with wonderful service. In about half an hour I was able to get to the city center. Even though it was summer time when I visited Milan, I didn't suffer from mosquitos in this hotel, unlike other areas. I would definitely stay there again nextGreat place and wonderful rooms. The staff was very friendly and provided us with all our needs immediately. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed, and they leave you a bottle of water for each guest in the fridge. Wi-fi is good, the staff is friendly, and the location is really close to public transport stations, so you can get around Milan quickly. As others have mentioned, the only drawback is the breakfast - Great 3 star hotel for the price range. We had one of the renovated rooms and it was great. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed, and they leave you a bottle of water for each guest in the fridge. Wi-fi is good, the staff is friendly, and the location is really close to public transport stations, so you can get around Milan quickly. Breakfast is fine, enough options to be full. I normally just drink coffee in the morning. Good location, I had no problem with the commute from here. People in the hotel were really nice.
