We arrived quite late in the evening from our flights and were received by the lovely Luca on the concierge desk who was a breath of fresh air. He was delightful, charming and accommodating, never appearing like anything (even my stupid questions) were ever any trouble. The room was beautiful; very clean and in a stunning Baroque-type decor.
