We were on vacation and the location was great for us because we were visiting few cities near Bologna and Bologna. Hotel is in a good shape generally, I would recommend. On top of that the dessert was incredible. I give it five stars all the way around. The customer service was like no other, extremely kind and very helpful with their input on the foods when asked.
