My family and I have stayed here twice and always felt welcome, the staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. An excellent location right on piazza delle Erbe with what could be the best balcony in Venice with amazing views. Excellent value for money. Only thing to improve would be longer serving times of drinks on the balcony.This hotel is an absolute gem! - CChristine Allen14/06/2024A very good choice of hotel. A very good choice of hotel.Ricardo and his team were very helpful, polite and the hotel was extremely clean and pleasant to stay in. Breakfast was excellent and the location is second to none. As we are older the street/city noise was surprising for mid October but due to good weather. We felt that in all the hotel team go to a great deal of trouble to do anything you request. We even got a glass of prosecco on the house. Great service, loads of tips for us as tourists and so kind staff. It is the perfect location. We got a room with a view and balcony and felt like Romeo and Julia not far away from the real Romeo and Julia balcony. Lots of restaurants and stores within few minutes walk. Nice terrace facing The piazza, good place to have an afternoon drink.
