We had read the reviews before our stay and were perplexed because some were really conflicting. When we travel we do it in hotels that can offer services that make our stay special. We are, as they say, very well used to it and therefore pay a lot of attention to detail. The hotel is cared for in every detail, the gardens are meticulous. This makes the environment special and walking around the large complex catches the eye.
