Wooden and marble floors are impeccably taken care of. No bad smells as it sometimes happens in old buildings. The culinary experience with a luxurious table setting and sterling silverware (special silverware for fish is especially notable) lets you feel in heaven. The staff does everything to make you feel welcome...

Had an amazing trip in this wonderful hotel. Great value for money in an exceptional area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our trip and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Palermo.

My husband and I stayed here in October 2023. What can I say - It was perfect. The room was clean and well maintained. The service was exceptional. Check in and check out was executed efficiently and effectively. Close to all amenities. Love it
