Wonderful staff, very professional and welcoming. Room was lovely with a nice on suite bath. Perfect location, a very short walk from the bus stop via the train station. Breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely dinner on the terrace restaurant - food was delicious and priced well. I look forward to a next trip to Assisi.Wonderful staff, very professional and welcoming. I have to sum it up by….AMAZING! Probably our favourite town, experience, food, and accommodations in Italy! Staff were great; room was over-the-top (we booked a room with a terrace! So worth it!). Overall, our family had a wonderful time at the special hotel. We experienced the spa, which was very pleasant, we had a couple massages, which were outstanding from Mirlanda. And specifically, Roland was outstanding as luggage assistant, local recommendation, concierge, all of the above. The dining experience was outstanding, the food was very good, and the bar terrace and there waders were superb. Breakfast was outstanding.Overall, our family had a wonderful time at the special hotel.
