The structure
The structure, a splendid castle from the 1300s that has been perfectly preserved, has two halls, the “Salone delle Feste” and “La Locanda,” outdoor terraces including the marvelous new garden terrace that brings the castle back to the splendor that has distinguished it for centuries, and a large park in the green, where the most romantic of receptions can be set up. It boasts a refined cuisine that makes the choice of quality raw materials and the skill of its chefs one of its strong points.

What’s more are two highly suggestive sacred spaces – the Chapel entitled to Saint Barbara and the external Cloister – where to celebrate religious weddings and a dedicated staff willing to assist bride and groom step by step, from menu planning to floral outfitting.

But remember you aren't in Rome yet! Wonderfully decorated, with an offering of fantastic Italian food. I was there only for a short stay, and didn't stay overnight, but can highly recommend this place for an amazing wedding location or business meetingBeautiful castle at an amazing location. Not close to much of anything, very quiet. 35 minutes from city center, make sure to arrange a driver ahead of time. The tower suite has 3 flights of stairs so I don't recommend it for anyone who has a hard time with stairs. Stop at a market before getting to the hotel, so that you have snacks and water, there are none included with the room. The restaurant was wonderful, we watched horses running through the fields and sipped on wine :) Beautiful historic castle with so much to offer.
