Lovely hotel. Clean, helpful front staff. Really comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Breakfast delicious. In a quieter area but just a short walk to more action nearby.Lovely hotel. Wonderful hotel for couples especially, with dark tones, mood lighting and generally fun space. Playful. Great staff did my check-in in French even! I love the location as it's close to the train station yet in a quiet part of town with easy transit options (boat quay almost at door) and typical bars and restaurants that are much less tourist trap feeling than more in the center. This was an amazing hotel and I will definitely be back. The decor was stunning, amazing staff and perfectly located. Elisa, was amazing. After a third party booked the wrong room for me, she corrected it and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I got engaged while in Venice and I will hold it and Carnival palace close to my heart.
