We believe in a complete welcome, which gives the guest the opportunity to find the flavors of typical cuisine in the hotel or to enjoy a good glass of local wine.
Our Hotel has offered restaurant service since the beginning of its history, from when Mamma Brione was directly in the kitchen (this is how foreigners called the founder).
Our cuisine is as attentive as possible to raw materials, favoring the territory and local companies, favoring simplicity.
Among the menus we offer there are also local tradition, Mediterranean dishes and vegetarian options.
In addition of course to personalized dishes cooked for vegans, celiacs or intolerant.
Chef Michele has been with us for several years, the dining room staff is close-knit and the faces and names of those who make it up are now the cover images of the Brione.
The wine cellar is constantly evolving, looking for proposals as organic as possible
The desserts are all homemade, by Alessandra who in 2020 started an unconventional artisan pastry (Albumi) project.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and was nice to have a balcony. Food was well cooked and plentiful, service pleasant and efficient. Head waiter particularly so. The hotel is fantastic, the staff are nice, they all speak a little English, some a lot more than others, but I think we as Brits should try and learn some Italian, it would make touring so much easier. The only gripe I have is the shower. The slide holding the shower head is broken so you have hold it whilst showering. There is no where to put your soap. So you need three hands. Very pleased with our stay, the room was fine and cleaned daily. Noise was not intrusive, we were in a front facing room and the windows kept noise out very well. Food was excellent with some fantastic local dishes and choices were available each day, being chosen over breakfast, which worked well. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a wide variety. Don't expect farmhouse sausage and bacon if you're a Brit - remember you're in Italy 😁Stayed as a couple with Riviera travel, Aug 2019. The outdoor bar area in front is a great location to have a beer or gin-tonic before you go to bed. The beach is just one block down, with a surf and swim area right there. All the people in service were friendly and helpful, there is also a bike garage. Make sure to book a room to the garden side!Really nice Hotel, quiet garden and pool area even though it's next to the main street. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice bar, and the restaurant for breakfast was good. The seating area outside the front offers a good location for drinks and snacks while watching Riva del Garda go by. The pool, although small, was good for the short use we got from it.
