Enchanted place where peace reigns. The Capuchins could not have found a better place to dedicate themselves to prayer, work and meditation. To this day the atmosphere has remained intact; from the furnishings of the rooms, sober and essential but equipped with every comfort, from the silence, respect and education of the guests, to the availability of the very friendly staff. Around the structure there is a small terrace which gives access to the vineyard full of vegetation, olive trees[...]Enchanted place where peace reigns. Calling this place a hotel is truly an understatement. It is an ancient convent renovated with style and sobriety and set in a breathtaking context with an entrance onto the Iblean Garden of Ibla and overlooking a panorama that leaves you speechless. The rooms are created from the cells of the monks who lived in the convent. A large and well-kept garden around the structure makes it a true place of peace. Excellent service and very friendly staff. If I could I would give 7 stars instead of 5.Calling this place a hotel is truly an understatement. Very elegant restaurant housed in an ancient Bourbon convent, located in a public garden, a place restored and renovated to perfection respecting not only the structure, but also the frescoes on the walls, very refined, very original cuisine and very good food, prices.....
