everything was perfecteverything was perfect
Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly. The person at reception spoke French and gave us very good advice. Very generous breakfast with fresh fruit salad. We had room 2 with a view of the grand canal, pleasant temperature, clean room… we will come back. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A really centrally located, beautiful old building with a dining room with amazing views! If you like buildings with character, this is it! An old building with a rich history dating back to the 12th century. Spitting distance from Realto bridge and, 5-min walk to St Marks Piazza. The staff were ever-present, friendly and courteous, and willing to spend time with you. Our room was a crowded affair but clean, and serviced daily.
