The family Saudin and the staff of the Boule de Neige
Since 1991, the cuisine of the Boule de Neige has been synonymous with fresh products, as much as possible from local companies, mountain tradition and attention to detail. The wine list is a path that approaches and enhances our dishes, according to the philosophy that the best combination must take into account the territoriality of the ingredients and the personal taste of the diners. Make yourself comfortable: we will take you around the valley during a lunch, among the strong flavors of our meats, the softness and aromas of Fontina and Aosta Valley cheeses, refined desserts that still taste like family recipes, and genepy del Boule with its late summer mountain scent or a relaxing herbal tea, mixed for us by our trusted herbalist. We are waiting for you in our restaurant, for a romantic dinner, a family lunch or a business meal.

Delicious spaghetti with snowballs, not to mention the floating island, with its mini meringues and caramel, (a cherry on the cake,) it was light and very special, never eaten one as good as this one. Normally, it is, TOO often, tasteless. Congratulations and I will return to this calm place, in a magical setting. A big thank you to the very affable staffFor the first time I went to eat in this restaurant. - GGabriele Oliveri08/06/2024so beautiful so beautifulThe location is a typical mountain hut furnished entirely in wood and stone in a very tidy and pleasant way, dogs are not allowed in the dining room but in the bar room or outside on the terrace you can have dinner and lunch with your four-legged friend! Personally, the bar room is so beautiful that we didn't mind having lunch there at all! Very good menu with truly well-executed typical dishes, we particularly appreciated the finesse in the plating with the care and embellishment of the dishesThe location is a typical mountain hut furnished entirely in wood and stone in a very tidy and pleasant way, dogs are not allowed in the dining room but in the bar room or outside on the terrace you can have dinner and lunch with your four-legged friend! Personally, the bar room is so beautiful that we didn't mind having lunch there at all! A little far from "civilization" but if you are looking for peace and mountains it is the ideal place. In winter, suitable shoes or crampons are recommended as there is ice and/or snow up to the entrance. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.Hotel in the heart of the Rhemes Valley, a very nice three-star hotel, especially suitable for ski lovers as it is attached to the slope and a ski school. A little far from "civilization" but if you are looking for peace and mountains it is the ideal place. In winter, suitable shoes or crampons are recommended as there is ice and/or snow up to the entrance. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.

Before, we rented a cabin, uncomfortable but very elegant, and to protect ourselves from Covid we felt safer. Since 2023 we have tried this solution: excellent. Perfect location for skiing, rooms that smell of wood, warm, welcoming, impeccable cleanliness. The staff is very kind, attentive to every need, the spa is very refined. The quality/price ratio is formidable. It is the second year that we have stayed in this hotel, the sixth year that we have come to this location.
