A dream come true arriving back after 10 yearsA dream come true arriving back after 10 years
We had a dream come true arriving back after 10 yrs ! for filing expectations with the help of Gulia the owner to attend the Andrea Bocelli concert a present from my husband for my birthday as the concert is always in July .. My mother was other whelmed with the panoramic view . ( Cypressa Trees and the lovely walks around il Palagetto . The staff where very kind and always willing to help Elly and Manuela they made the experience one we won’t forget. Fantastic location with panoramic views overlooking the Tuscan hillside and nearby town of Volterra. The staff were very kind and attentive, particularly Marco and Julia. We had an early flight in and arrived several hours ahead of checkin but were taken to our room ahead of time. We had also booked a tour and wine tasting at a nearby vineyard which hotel staff kindly facilitated by driving us to and from. Our terrace room was clean, spacious and well furnished. It was just an amazing experienceIt was just an amazing experience
I don’t even know where to begin! We arrived late in the evening and Marco got us all settled in and sat us for dinner. Great food and service. The next day After the Andrea Bocelli show, we returned to the hotel about 0030. Guilia and another staff member (can’t remember her name!) was there to provide food and wine. We ended up sitting on the restaurant terrace eating and drinking with other long time guests and the hotel staff until 0300! It was just an amazing experience. [...]I don’t even know where to begin! What should we say: This hotel is in an absolute dream location!!! It's the only building on a hill in the middle of the Toscana with view to Volterra! Simply amazing! Breakfast is great, you have a lot of outdoor spots and the pool is also good.What should we say: This hotel is in an absolute dream location!!!
