The Grayson is built for a small wedding and a huge night. Dinner for the people you love most in a Georgian dining room over St Stephen's Green, then the doors open and everyone else arrives for the afters: cocktails under the glass roof of the Atrium and Terrace, dancing, late night food when the party needs it, and a late bar until 2.30am. Four floors, one address, since 1745, from intimate dinners of 6 to celebrations of 350.
We host religious, humanist and spiritual ceremonies conducted by registered solemnisers, so the whole day can happen under one roof. Couples marrying elsewhere are equally at home here. Church, City Hall, registry office or abroad, wherever the vows happen, the celebration has a home 30 seconds from the Green with guest hotels five minutes away on foot.
Cocktail style packages from €88 per person, seated dinners from €120 per person, and whole night multi space packages from €7,500 (Sunday to Wednesday). Full menus and pricing are in the brochure. Amazing day!!I was married in the Grayson in February and it was the best day I couldn’t of dreamed for more the staff was amazing and so accommodating, the food was lovely even the kids agreed everything was perfect! The team were outstanding, they were there to help us the day before setting up and continued to be so attentive throughout our wedding day. Please extend our deepest thanks to them for making our day so special. The food was amazing, our guests were blown away. I’ve photographed several weddings at The Grayson and I always get great photos, the staff are delightful and everything runs like clockwork. There's too many to choose from however we do love seeing our couples on a journey through the venue with an intimate ceremony on the terrace, dinner on our top floor and a party under the glass roof of our Atrium.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do what matters most to you both and makes you both happy. Don't worry about trying to please everyone else. Remember, it's your day!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
I do love a cheese wheel wedding cake as opposed to a traditional cake!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
During Spring and Summer the building is covered in Ivy which creates the backdrop for a stunning photo opportunity. Our marble walls on the terrace along with the staircase of the Atrium are more gorgeous spaces for photo's.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Our lips are sealed!
What’s your favourite canapé?
The Crab Crostini is a personal favourite for many of us on the team!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
I will never turn down some Crispy Parmesan Chicken!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The entire building in itself is unique, with so many rooms and a bar on each floor, no two weddings ever feel the same.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The Team! They go above and beyond for everyone that steps foot into The Grayson. They have hospitality in their bones and want nothing more than to see our guests leaving happy and more importantly, returning to visit us again year after year, whether it be for an anniversary dinner, a date night or another occasion.
