a lesson on brilliant customer service

Had a fabulous night away for our 28th wedding anniversary at the Brehon Hotel. It was start to finish a lesson on brilliant customer service and making you feel like the hotel team were there to make your stay a special one and it was and we will most definitely be back. Loved our upgrade room, the message of happy anniversary and cookies, the spa and the delicious breakfast, everything with complete compliance with covid regulations. Top class.

The food was divine and the service impeccable.

We stayed in the Brehon for a wedding and it was superb. Rachel was fantastic throughout and worked with me as the best man to ensure the couple had a wonderful, stress free, day. The food was divine and the service impeccable. We had our 5 month old with us and the staff were extremely helpful and made the whole trip effortless.

everything ran very smoothly

We just had our wedding at the Brehon in December and could not fault the level of service we received. Rachel the wedding manager put us at total ease and everything ran very smoothly. Our guests still commend the hotel, from the welcome they received at reception, to the food and the exceptional service of the wait staff. Some of our guests even extended their stay. The Brehon even catered for us the night before and day after the wedding. Nothing was too big of an ask.
