For barbecues or cocktails, canapes or engagements, the Veranda is a beautiful venue, with an outdoor terrace overlooking Rossnowlagh Beach. In addition to the main restaurant and Surfers Bar, the Cocktail Bar has an entirely private space which is ideal for celebratory gatherings or reunions, with excellent service and a delicious menu of local and seasonal produce. When it comes to large-scale events such as balls and gala dinners, the Seashell Ballroom is our biggest venue and can accommodate up to 120 banquet style.

Awesome place, food excellent and staff were extremely attentive. Sea views were wonderful. Will definitely be back!

The service was excellent, food amazing and the location perfect. The beach is right outside and our room had a beautiful sea view. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Our room overlooking the sea was great and the food was fabulous. We can definitely recommend the Sandhouse.

Tremendous hotel - right on the water with ocean views. Great, friendly service, comfortable rooms, good food - where they responded unhesitantly to my special dietary needs. Quaint atmosphere - with accommodating community rooms. Didn't avail myself of the spa, but one available.

The hotel itself is in the most spectacular place with views of the Atlantic from the rooms and the restaurant. The staff were absolutely amazing, there is a real family feeling in the hotel it feels like the team are all really happy to be there and are really friendly. The food in the restaurant was super tasty with lots of options and an excellent menu. I had a treatment in the marine suites with Noreen and it was just incredible the Voya products were beautiful and all the team were lovely!
