The venue itself is stunning, but what really made the day so special was the incredible team. A huge thank you to PJ, our coordinator, for his organisation, warmth and attention to detail, and to Conor, who managed everything on the day with such calm professionalism. Everything ran seamlessly — from the ceremony to the dinner and celebrations afterward. The food was exceptional, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. The atmosphere was relaxed, joyful, and beautifully handled throughout. Golf course still needs to be completed, but it was a fabulous weekend, from start to finish. Food was delicious, we had one fussy eater and kitchen staff went above and beyond to suit her dietary needs, even requesting something not on the menu.
