Very friendly and professional staffs. The meal , the bedroom and breakfast at the high standard. It also has lovely and different spots for picture. We had the most wonderful wedding day there and enjoyed an outdoor ceremony overlooking the beach and an outdoor drinks reception in the 'secret garden'. We are grateful to all of the staff in the hotel who contributed to making our wedding day so special. In particular, we have to single out one individual who we cannot speak highly enough of. He is the staff member who looks after the catering and beverages, and his name is Conor Duggan -We had our wedding in Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links. We had the most wonderful wedding day there and enjoyed an outdoor ceremony overlooking the beach and an outdoor drinks reception in the 'secret garden'. We are grateful to all of the staff in the hotel who contributed to making our wedding day so special. In particular, we have to single out one individual who we cannot speak highly enough of. All I can say is the hotel is fabulous. The food was unbelievable and service was top class. I have to mention Conor who looked after us for the meal tasting and also on the big day and was constantly looking after the bride and groom. He is fantastic at his job and really makes you feel welcome there. Thanks for a wonderful stay and a day to remember. Just home from my brothers wedding in Portmarnock. The venue was elegant and set indoor, with a beach directly outside. The ceremony was held at the hotel as well as the dinner and reception, which lasted well into the night. On Day Two, an excellent barbecue was prepared for the guests that were still there. We had our wedding at Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links in early October. It was an amazing experience. The service from the whole wedding team was fantastic, in particular Sophie our Event Coordinator who worked closely with us leading up to the big day. Yes, our packages have minimum numbers of 50 during off season months, and minimum numbers of 80 in high season months.
Do you host more than one wedding a day?
No, we only host one wedding per day.
How do I book a wedding viewing?
You can contact our wedding team through the Bridebook app, email us directly on weddings@portmarnock.com or call us directly on 01 866 6524 to book your wedding viewing.
Can I hold a date before confirming?
Of course, you can hold a date provisionally for 2 weeks.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is availale to all our guests.
What time does the bar close?
Monday to Thursday, last orders are called at 11.30pm.
Friday, Saturday & Bank Holiday Sunday, last orders are called at 12.30am.
Sunday, last orders are called at 11pm.
Do you offer a bar extension and is there an additional cost?
We can offer a bar extension until 2am for €575.
