Receptions can be accommodated in one of our unique private rooms. The main house retains all its former glory of the Georgian era with original marble fireplaces, great big sash windows and a sweeping staircase. Each of our spaces can be transformed from a formal ceremony to an intimate candle lit setting. We can cater from small weddings to a maximum capacity of 80 guests. The house comprises of 21 individually appointed bedrooms to include 6 period, 14 club and 1 Town House Suite. The classic club style bedrooms are each named after famous Irish poets. The period heritage style rooms are named after previous residents of the house. We welcome ceremonies for all occasions and have catered for numerous civil ceremonies over the past 11 years since opening, including civil partnerships, multicultural, humanist & spiritual ceremonies. Civil registrars conduct wedding ceremonies Monday – Friday only. However, a humanist minister or legal solemniser can officiate at your wedding ceremony on any day of the week. We have several rooms to choose from if you wish to consider a civil or alternative humanist blessing ceremony. The local registry office will make the necessary arrangements.

I think perfection is the only word

We were completely exhausted after our wedding weekend, but we were greated by the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in the most beautiful room (The Vanderkiste). The Sash restaurant, where do I start, I think perfection is the only word. I couldn't fault it. From the wonderfully friendly and helpful Kathleen at breakfast to our perfectly cooked scallops and oysters at dinner. We will definitely be back here.

A fairytale venue

If you are looking for a fairytale venue to have an intimate wedding - from start to finish I could not recommend highly enough the No. 1 Pery Hotel. The venue itself is stunning and unique

We held our wedding at No.1 Perry Square and we couldn't reccomend the place more. The food is the best in Limerick by a conciderable margin and the staff are the warmest, most lovely people. The venue itself is stunning, unique, and in the very best location in the city, seconds away from the park where we took wonderful wedding photos. They created, quite simply, the most perfect day for us.
