From the very start, we were treated like VIPs and genuinely felt that the team truly cared about making our day special. Nothing ever felt transactional or pushy, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request we made. At the beginning of our wedding journey, Orla showed us around the beautiful venue and even booked us in for a celebratory lunch in the Monk's Lounge when we decided Muckross Park was “the one.” In the lead-up to the big day, Niall was a dream to work with – always quick to respond to emails and so kind to upgrade us to a Junior Suite when we visited for our menu tasting. On the day itself, Dan was simply outstanding, ensuring everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. The entire wedding team was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and so professional – and all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the venue was and how delicious the food tasted (I’m still dreaming about that mash!). I would book it all over again in Muckross in an absolute heartbeat!!! From the very first viewing, we knew it was where we would get married, it didn't take us long to nail it down. The staff are friendly, professional and meet your every need. Orla and Niall had the day running smoothly from the beginning. There was no stress and everyone was extremely relaxed throughout the day. Our guests have also informed us they had a great day also. From the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was too much of an ask. The staff could not do enough for us. Exceptional service, we will never get over the wedding day as we were all looked after so well. Food is amazing, everything was amazing. We will be returning. The food at the reception was excellent and the facilities were top class. Our only fault is the time went too quick.
