We cater for just one wedding per day, ensuring that we provide you with the attention to detail that you deserve. Your dedicated wedding co-ordinator will tailor make a package suited to your individual taste and budget, making sure that your exacting needs are met.
The hotel is licensed to host civil ceremonies in 3 different locations; The Rathmore Suite, The Terrace and The Lawn.
Our Head Chef and his culinary team have designed your Wedding Menu Selector packed full of delectable delights! Using only the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients, each dish is prepared with authenticity, passion and pride.
Your Wedding Team and Head Chef will take you through the options to help you choose the perfect menu for your big day. And if your favourite dishes aren't on the menus provided... do ask! We would be happy to discuss alternative choices.
Your guests who plan to overnight will avail of special rates in our newly refurbished rooms, which also include full use of our newly renovated leisure club and Technogym... or they may decide to treat themselves to a treatment in our luxury spa. Just a 5 minute drive from the stunning town of Kinsale, the Gourmet Capital of Ireland, they will be spoilt for choice for lively bars, amazing restaurants and activities a plenty!

Knew all the best vendors in Cork. The food was sublime. I highly recommend the sea bass. We could not have asked for more.We know the venue at the Kinsale hotel is amazing, a beautiful ballroom, stunning views and inviting accommodation. Thank you so much for everything you did for our big day. We were blown away with how perfect everything was. The wedding team and all the staff were absolutley amazing. The food, the reception, everything was just fab. We had a lot of kids attending the wedding and the hotel was the perfect location. The kids were able to run around outside. During the meal the balcony was perfect for them to run free and with easy visibility for the adults to watch them. The blacony was also perfect for the bit of fresh air when your bate from all the dancing. All our guests dietary needs were met so easily. Literally everything we asked the staff to do for our big day was met. We got lovely pictures on the grounds of the hotel and at Charles Fort. Nothing was too much to ask. If ye decide to have the beef for the main course, it's worth paying the extra few sure for the feather blade. The minute we went to view the hotel, we got all the feels for the place straight away. How long will you hold our preferred date without a deposit?
We will hold your preferred date for 4 weeks without a deposit. Should the date in question be requested by another couple within that time frame, we will contact you to see if you'd like to confirm with deposit
What is the deposit amount?
To fully confirm your booking, we require a deposit amount of €2000 as well as a signed wedding contract
