Every question was answered, every detail was carefully looked after, and I always felt like my wedding was just as important to them as it was to me. On the day itself, the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly, allowing me to relax and soak up every moment. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference, and I felt so well looked after from morning until night. The venue looked absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was and how smoothly the whole day flowed. - KKate & Cian25/07/2026The most magical day of my life. The most magical day of my life.From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every little detail had already been thought of and taken care of by the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. From making sure my bridesmaids and I were looked after on the morning of the wedding with laughter, breakfast, and genuine kindness, to the thoughtful touches they added so I could remember my loved ones who have passed away, every moment felt so personal. Those little details made it feel as though they were there holding my hand throughout the day, and I will treasure that forever. I don’t even know where to begin with the venue itself. When I walked into the reception room, I was overwhelmed with happiness. Seeing all of our family and friends together, the beautiful booklet showcasing mine and my husband’s journey, and hearing our favourite song playing as we walked in created the most perfect moment to begin the best night of our lives. The timing of the entire day was absolutely flawless. Everything flowed so smoothly, and although everything ran perfectly on schedule, we never once felt rushed. We were able to enjoy every moment, take it all in, and simply be present with the people we love. The meal was incredible, and my husband still won’t stop talking about how amazing his steak was! Every one of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how wonderful the service had been. Not one of our guests had a single bad thing to say about the day. In fact, one of the groomsmen is now looking for his own wedding venue and has already arranged to come and see Killarney Oaks because he enjoyed our wedding so much. He even said, “If my wedding is half as special as yours was, I’ll be thrilled.” That says everything. It was truly the most magical day of my life. I’ve already started trying to convince my husband that we should renew our vows in ten years, just so we can do it all over again! A very special thank you has to go to Tara, our wedding coordinator. From our wedding tasting right through to the speeches and every part of the evening (although I can’t remember all of it because we had so much fun!), she made everything run so effortlessly. Her care, organisation, and attention to detail were second to none. Finally, a huge thank you to every single member of the team at Killarney Oaks Hotel. You made every dream I’ve had since I was an 18-year-old girl looking at the man who is now my husband come true. Our wedding day was everything I had ever hoped for and so much more, and that is thanks to all of you. Breakfast was as good as it gets. we stayed in a delux double room which was good. Very clean etc.The staff were great and nothing was to much trouble. Night staff were super as well.Really impressed with here and next time we are in Killarney will definitely use it.My wife says I always seem to find a fault about food or accommodation etc etc,says I’m a fussy so and so but I really can’t fault here.Just back from a wedding here.
