John & Janice made us feel so welcome with a few giggles along the way. Nothing was an issue for them and they made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and John in particular was a tonic!! John & Janice are a great duo and the hotel are lucky to have them both.We stayed here all weekend for a very special intimate wedding and from the moment our car pulled up at the door to leaving 2 days later, the service was exceptional!! John & Janice made us feel so welcome with a few giggles along the way. Nothing was an issue for them and they made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and John in particular was a tonic!! John & Janice are a great duo and the hotel are lucky to have them both.
