Our bespoke wedding packages start from just €90 per person and are thoughtfully designed to ensure every detail is taken care of.
For more intimate gatherings, The Waterbank Gastro Bar offers a semi-private seated dining experience for up to 30 guests. Packages can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Our dedicated team will support you throughout every step of the planning process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. We also offer preferential accommodation rates for family and friends staying before or after your big day.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
One of the most memorable weddings we've hosted at our hotel, was a stylish and joy-filled evening reception following the couple’s ceremony in the local registry office. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and full of excitement.
The couple welcomed around 50 guests into our private event space, which had been transformed with elegant décor, ambient lighting, and thoughtful personal touches. The day began with a drinks reception and light refreshments giving everyone time to mingle and unwind.
The reception dinner was a highlight a delicious four-course meal served in a cozy, beautifully decorated setting where guests could really connect and celebrate together.
In the evening, the space transformed for dancing, with a DJ and a relaxed party vibe that kept the energy going late into the night. What stood out most was how personal and joyful the whole day felt stylish yet simple, perfectly suited to the couple and the character of our hotel.

Decide what matters most to you as a couple — and build everything else around that.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One couple created handwritten notes for each guest, placed at their table setting. Each message was unique — a memory, a thank-you, or a shared joke — and it brought so much warmth and emotion to the room.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
- Grand Canal – Within walking distance from out hotel the canal itself provides a smooth, reflective surface that adds depth and romance to photos, footbridges over the canal offer excellent framing options for romantic and artistic shots.
- Grand Canal Dock & Grand Canal Quay – Classic and relaxed waterfront shots with reflections, boats and the Docklands architecture. The water and bridges make great backdrops, especially in soft evening light.
- Merrion Square Garden – Historic Georgian Park with traditional red brick houses and elegant railings — a favourite for timeless wedding photos.
- Sandymount Strand – If you’re happy to travel a little further (about 10–15 min), the beach offers stunning natural light and sea views for dramatic couple shots.
