Definitely recommended

River Spa visit. Absolutely blissed out with a Voyager massage and my wife had the hot stone massage. Staff made our wedding anniversary ❤️ occasion so special. Loved the treatments and snuck into the pool afterwards & the outdoor jacuzzi. Definitely recommended

Love this hotel so much

Love this hotel so much. The food is great and the service is brilliant. It's a brilliant wedding venue too. Lunch is carvery and delicious with great views of the waterfalls/ cascades.

We had our wedding at the Falls Hotel in April 2022. Our wedding was planned from overseas and had to be postponed twice due to Covid. Michael and his team were very understanding and accommodating. The Hotel is stunning and has had a refurb recently, and the grounds surrounding are stunning. The staff really went above and beyond for us, everyone was very friendly. The wedding meal was DELICIOUS. We were delighted with the service and the staff were very attentive.
