The staff were exceptional, especially Megan who we dealt with throughout our wedding planning process she was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. It allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in safe hands. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Nothing was too much and they looked after us and our guests so well. Liam is such a gentleman and had a lovely warm welcome for all our guests. All our guests had such nice compliments for all the staff and how nice and accommodating they all were. We honestly had the best day. Thank you to all the staff at Crover House for making our weekend so special. Also, if you love Christmas, this is the venue for you, the decorations filled everyone with festive cheer! As for the wedding team of Abbie, Megan and Paula, the lead up to the wedding and replies to any queries promptly really put us at ease. When the big day arrived we were looked after so well and our personal server Aoife did a fantastic job at the top table. We cannot thank Crover House enough for ensuring that our special day was the best that it could be. We want to especially mention Abbie for all of her help. I met a man who lived in between Cavan & Birmingham and which he spent his childhood. As soon as i stepped foot in the Crover hotel the first few months i met him i dreamt of holding my wedding at this spectacular venue. I still feel it’s a fairytale that i actually ended up having all my nearest and dearest from across england and Ireland watching us celebrate our marriage at the Crover. The hospitality is still talked about months later, everybody was welcomed and made to feel like family. I promise you will never find better caring, joyful, understanding staff. The communication planning a wedding across the pond was unmatched. We felt like royalty. The rooms were modern, cosy, spotless and the honeymoon suit was a perfect. A coffee machine, petals, whirl bathtub, complimentary brownies & fizz and cot for our little one. The views were breathtaking. I made use of the styling suite which made getting ready a breeze for all makeup & hair artists and photographers. The space and room was beautiful. The staff brought us a stunning breakfast and fizz and checked in regularly giving a pep talk to me which i will always remember. Crover is made for family and especially weddings. Everything was organised to a T! i didn’t stress about anything. The wedding breakfast was the best anyone had tasted! And my close friend recently got married in Italy and was shocked at the price and quality of the food we had, she has asked me to express this!! The presentation, the organisation excelled. The drinks were flowing all night, no waiting and the use of the reception bar was a plus at the end of the night dancing till all ours. My father spend his time playing the piano with the legend Liam who is an absolute treasure! Dee the manager i could not thank enough for the love she shown us all through out. My 3 year old had a long day and was greeted with ice cream and extra toys during our speeches which i did not expect but we were so grateful for. Megan, Abby, Julie i think her name was on reception. Every single one and more staff i’m sorry i didn’t have the time to take note of really made our wedding and stay unforgettable. Everything i had asked for and to be set up was pulled out the bag and better. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making a brummie girls dream come true of her big fat beautiful irish wedding.
