From the outset we should start by saying that Crover is now firmly in our hearts for the rest of our lives after a 10/10 wedding day. The location is stunning. The house is gorgeous. The staff are professional, friendly, accommodating and no request, big or small, was ever a bother or issue. The food is beautiful and we couldn't have been happier with how the day went. From initial consultations we had a great feeling about crover house, through to our dealings with them in the run up to the wedding. And on the day they made everything so special. There is such a beautiful and magical vibe to the place and the day. Our guests had a fabulous time and the day was so well organised. The venue is amazing for pictures overlooking the lake. The wedding team are brilliant including Megan, Paula and we met Yvonne initially. The staff on reception are to be envied by any hotel, so friendly, too many to name individually but over phone and in person they were amazing. Our server Katelyn during dinner could not have been more attentive, top service. And Megan runs a tight ship throughout the day. The evening went great with an amazing dance floor. And finally the residents' bar is so cool, it's been done up and looks great. We are so looking forward to hopefully attending another wedding there in future so we can relive the things we missed from guests' perspective. Where to begin. From the first moment we entered Crover House on a icy January we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding, the visit from a little robin in the function room on 2 occassions definitely helped us know we had choosen the right venue. This was definitely the case on the 30th August 2025, Crover house is Such a beautiful hotel and Megan, Dee and the whole team were amazing, nothing was any bother for them. The planning of our day was so smooth with Megan, Dee and the Team always there to answer question and never felt anything was too much. For anyone considering Crover, I can honestly say our day was perfect. Relaxed and warm atmosphere. Staff on the day went above and beyond, the decor was gorgeous, the food was exceptional ( comments from guests that it was best food they have ever got at a wedding) and the service was just 1st class. Such a young staff team but they done the hotel proud they were amazing at their jobs. People are still raving about the food and service, well done all at Crover House.
