It's the perfect location to see all of what Cork city has to offer. The staff were so attentive and friendly, they went above and beyond ! A little more than a year ago, they renovated the whole ground floor with new furniture and a new style decoration making the place welcoming and perfect for work/business meetings, afternoon teas or any kind of social events. Padraig the Clayton's Events Coordinator was professional in every single detail and at all times he helped me and my husband to be stress free. How to start describing this fantastic 4 star hotel I don't know. Niamh Hester and her team were fantastic. They were polite, fun and extremely diligent from start to finish. Our friends and family had a great time and everyone seemed very happy with the food and service. They had no problems accommodating veggie/gluten free/ and kids menus. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel, and we will certainly be back for our next family occasion..
