I'm coeliac and I've been blown away by their gluten free food! The interior design of the entire hotel is absolutely stunning!! - we had dinner after our rehearsal, breakfast, a day 2 lunch as people were heading, all in different locations with different settings. A genuine family friendly venue! Super friendly staff all throughout that genuinely seem to love their job.Our wedding coordinator Leone - she made our wedding day. From booking our wedding until we checked out the day after our big day, the service and hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Leone is an amazing wedding coordinater. She couldn't do enough for us throughout the planning stages and on our wedding weekend itself. She and all of the staff had everything under control so that we didnt have to worry about anything at all. We fell in love with Castleknock Hotel as our wedding venue as soon as we stepped foot inside at a wedding showcase. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
To be honest I cant answer that each wedding has been the best to each couple - some highlights - Alpacas in the wedding garden, a sunny day with cocktails in the wedding garden entertained by a DJ and Sax, we had a wonderful street style food wedding with all the focus on really delicious food with a very relaxed informal setting or a Christmas wedding with the abundance of gorgeous décor and fairy lights.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember why you’re getting married—celebrating your love. Respect each other’s wishes for the day, and try to stick to your budget. Your wedding will be amazing if it reflects both of you and the love you share
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The couple gave a personalized Christmas decoration as a wedding favour! It was the perfect touch for Christmas. The wedding couple also gifted me one for myself and my partner for our first Christmas in our new home, and I loved hanging it this year. Such a thoughtful and memorable gesture!

The Wedding garden has ample photo opportunities however my favourite is under the pergola!!

Maybe we have, maybe we haven't.....
What’s your favourite canapé?
That's a hard one!!! Probably our Crispy Crab Cake however our most popular food at drinks reception would be our sliders little more filling and super delicious.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Medley of Finger Food - Prawns in Filo, Satay Chicken Skewers & Sweet Potato Fries Cone
