I planned our wedding from Sydney and Kay was so helpful. I had regular emails to touch base and see if there was anything she could do for us from her end. I guarantee you won't be disappointed if you stay or have a wedding at The Castle Hotel.The most amazing team of staff. I have never felt so relaxed and at home in a hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, in special Kay. Food was delicious. From the get go everything went so well. The dining area was fab, the food was beautiful & all the staff could not have been more helpful & attentive. The Castle hotel is a hidden gem. First of all because of the flexibility, we emailed two days prior to arrival and extended for a night which was no issue. Secondly and mostly, the staff is extraordinary: polite, friendly, accommodating and simply very pleasant. Checking in and out was super easy, we were also able to store our luggage for a few hours before departure.We stayed for 3 nights because of a wedding in the area and were positively surprised.
