Barnabrow Country House

We were married at Barnabrow House and could not have picked a more perfect place. The venue is so unique, charming and a perfect place for a romantic wedding! We had 40 people stay for 5 days and it was an incredible B&B on top of being a lovely venue for the wedding. Our guests had so much fun interacting with the donkeys and wandering through the fairy trails. My husband and I got married at Barnabrow House just this passing weekend and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The grounds and garden are straight out of a Beatrix Potter illustration and while the decor and aesthetic is very cottagecore, the amenities are all very modern. It was brilliant to have all of our close family and friends staying on site with us in our own little private hotel setting. It was also so handy to have the ceremony, reception and day two barbecue all in one place!

We had our ‘Wedding Party’ celebration in Barnabrow House in May. We would like to extend a special thank you to Geraldine, Susan, Greta and Adam who looked after us so well and made sure our celebration went off without a hitch. Myself and Jodie just wanted to thank you and all the members of staff for an absolutely brilliant day and night on Friday. The venue is stunning and it ran like clockwork, the staff are fantastic and so obliging and you should be very proud of them.

I was a bridesmaid at Niamh and Jamie's wedding on Saturday. I just wanted to say that your coordinator, Adam, is outstanding! He went above and beyond throughout the whole day-we were all so incredibly impressed with him. He was so attentive, helpful, kind, hard-working and organised. You are very lucky to have him in such an important role. He deserves to be praised highly!

The beautiful grounds at Barnabrow will make your Wedding one to remember with plenty of amazing options for your photographs. You can have your Wedding Ceremony at Barnabrow House as well as the reception, dining and dancing and all your photos at Barnabrow so you don't have to factor in any travel time. This gives you more time with your guests! There are two options for your Wedding Ceremony - indoor and outdoor so even if it rains there is backup plan.

I’m not long back after extended travelling and wanted to write to you re my booking with you at Barnabrow on 19 July. In short I want to extend a huge THANK YOU from myself and Julien to everyone at Barnabrow. We had high expectations for our wedding, however Barnabrow managed to exceed them on every level. The service you provided on the day was beyond what we could have hoped for. Everyone of the staff were really friendly and engaging with everyone.

Barnabrow was everything we wanted and dreamed of in a wedding venue the grounds were amazing, even in winter, the fairy lights and open fires created a magical feeling for both us and our guests our wedding guests commented over and over on the specialness of Barnabrow I would highly recommend this venue.
