Thank you both so much for a truly perfect weekend in Ballyvolane house for the wedding or our daughter Cliodhna and her partner Ian. It was an utter delight from start to finish. The house needless to say, offers the perfect backdrop - grand, beautiful, elegant, comfortable without being overly formal. Gracious warm and personal service thought the three days - and the food was amazing, as promised! So many compliments have come our way about the weeding feast.

A surprising place, elegant, warm and comfortable. It feels like the host's home is hosting guests. Everything is excellent. I would like to go back in the season when the flowers are in full bloom: wisteria climbing the walls, purple magnolia dome, and camellia circle. But now, it is also a perfect feeling to laze by the fireplace and read a book.

You both, and the whole team at Ballyvolane (in particular, Iona) have been such an incredible help throughout the whole planning process - from our initial meeting in October 2023, all the way up to welcoming us for the wedding. We had the best day possible. I can’t thank you enough. Everything and I mean everything was perfect. We’re getting universal compliments for the venue, the food, the staff, every aspect of the night was top tier.

The staff at Ballyvolane are different level and the service is a ‘subtle 5 star’ and not at all fussy or formal. It’s a cool and relaxed vibe and we had the best day ever!! There was a really unique atmosphere the whole day and it was the best party we had ever been to (taking our bias out of it) 😊 Jenny & Justin are the nicest couple who are such experts and it just meant we didn’t worry about a thing (why would you ?!) you knew there was a dream team behind it all.

My husband and I recently got married at Ballyvolane House. We had short 5 month timeline in which to plan our wedding, and the first and only venue we visited and considered was Ballyvolane. It was an easy choice! We wanted a small, intimate wedding and the setting was perfect - a stunning country house nestled amongst lush countryside. The staff at Ballyvolane are also exceptional. Jenny is a pro at what she does, I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was amazing on the day.

We had the most wonderful unforgettable summer wedding at Ballyvolane house. We had exclusive hire of the house for 3 days. I will never get over it. From the second we arrived at the house we were treated like royalty. The house is nestled away in the peaceful countryside of north Cork. The surroundings of this stunning unimposing house are vast and tranquil. We were welcomed to the house with roaring fires lit in each room which made them cosy and inviting.
