This is the best hotel I have stayed in the people and staff are so sweet the location is so central walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants yet still tucked away so you have that peace when needed the pictures look exactly like the real thing hands down top tier place I would recommend it. I can’t wait to come back. Wedding coordinators were fantastic ! Wedding coordinators were fantastic !
Myself and new husband had our wedding here! The wedding coordinators Nimas, Tiara and Putri were absolutely fantastic! The planning of the wedding was smooth and straightforward. Everything’s done through email and whatsapp. I could not have asked for a better place to have gotten married! It was organized well and everything I wanted plus more! The resort itself is a 2 minute walk from the beach and lots around it to explore! The rooms were very clean and service was an A+ for us! Myself and new husband had our wedding here! The wedding coordinators Nimas, Tiara and Putri were absolutely fantastic! The planning of the wedding was smooth and straightforward. A modern hotel gem at the heart of Legian area. It is a rare beach front boutique hotel with restaurant looking over at the beach. During the time when I was there, the weather was dry and breezy, I almost thought that I was at the French Riviera. Hotel services are immaculate with amble room space. Rooms are nicely done with a modern touch. Highly recommended with the rooms that have direct pool access. Literally swimming is just a door step away.A modern hotel gem at the heart of Legian area. Came here with my family 2/12-10/13 2023. Most excellent experience I have ever had. Every single staff member greets you with a smile and always goes out of there way to say hello and do the most simplest tasks for you. From day 1 I felt welcomed and looked after. The food is 5/5 star and staff just top it off with their smiles and amazing service. I got close with some of their staff WEDA being one in particular. He deserves a pay rise. Had an awesome stay at the Royal Suite Villa with Private Pool! The housekeeping always never fail to impress us as they always tidy up our room each time we are back from breakfast or any of our outings. We selected the Romantic Dinner at their Wedding Chapel, it was such a nice view with fireworks everywhere in the area! We also went for spa at Visala Spa in the hotel and it was the most amazing experience ever! We had a complimentary floating breakfast on top of all that.Had an awesome stay at the Royal Suite Villa with Private Pool! The housekeeping always never fail to impress us as they always tidy up our room each time we are back from breakfast or any of our outings. Lovely hotel, very close to a great beach. Very professional, polite and helpful staff who excellent in their customer service. Very high level of cleanliness through out the entire hotel, which is situated close to a variety of restaurants, shops, spas and bars. We actually found the pillows too high! (Even the smaller ones) But clearly most people disagree. Would definitely return,Lovely hotel, very close to a great beach. Very professional, polite and helpful staff who excellent in their customer service.
