I don't believe any bad reviews based on ALL the staff we dealt with here. The whole venue is amazing and the onsite food is great value and great quality which to me is a plus as you don't need to leave the venue everytime to eat. The plunge pool in the room is great and colder then the main pool which is a nice touch. We used the massage and laundry services, both great too. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Awesome place and great staff. I don't believe any bad reviews based on ALL the staff we dealt with here. The whole venue is amazing and the onsite food is great value and great quality which to me is a plus as you don't need to leave the venue everytime to eat. - MMikaylah Eady17/05/2024An enjoyable experience. An enjoyable experience.My husband and I stayed here for the start of our honeymoon and the staff here made it such an enjoyable experience. We arrived off a late flight and didn’t arrive to our hotel until after midnight. We were greeted with a warm welcome and provided the 24hr room service menu to order some dinner. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing! The best breakfast with plenty of variety! Lovely coffee, staff and food! During our stay we also got a 90 minute Balinese massage and it was the best massage My husband and I stayed here for the start of our honeymoon and the staff here made it such an enjoyable experience.
